With a mix of experience levels, personalities and specialties, our team works together to create a welcoming, fun environment while still delivering the high standards we’re known for. Bianca

DIRECTOR

Bianca is the founder and director of Whiplash’d and the face behind the salon’s growth over the last decade. Known for her bubbly personality, perfectionism and passion for the beauty industry, she specialises in advanced lash work, cosmetic tattooing and scalp micropigmentation through her second business, Central Coast Scalp.

She’s passionate about creating an experience where clients feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable and confident – while also mentoring and developing the team behind the scenes. Expect good chats, high standards and someone who genuinely loves what she does.

Ebony

SENIOR ARTIST

Ebony is one of our senior artists and is loved for her funny stories, gentle nature, attention to detail and ability to make clients feel instantly comfortable. She takes pride in creating soft, flattering results tailored to each individual client and is passionate about helping people feel confident while still looking like themselves.

Nicole

SENIOR ARTIST

Nicole brings years of industry experience, a strong eye for detail and a calm, professional energy to the salon. She’s passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality results and making sure every client leaves feeling refreshed and confident.

Her experience across lashes and brows makes her a versatile artist who genuinely cares about client experience and long-term lash health.

Mikayla

EMERGING ARTIST

Mikayla is one of the newest additions to the Whiplash’d team and has quickly become known for her warm personality and eagerness to learn. She’s passionate about building her skills, growing within the industry and making clients feel comfortable throughout their appointment.

She’s currently expanding her experience across lashes and brows while training closely alongside our senior team.

Yas

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Yas is the man behind the curtain!

While the rest of the team are busy making clients look and feel amazing, Yas is working behind the scenes making sure everything else runs like clockwork. From customer service and marketing to systems, automations, and problem-solving, he’s involved in just about every part of the business.

If you’ve received a helpful email, seen a new promotion, or wondered how we manage to keep all the moving parts together, there’s a good chance Yas had something to do with it!
